Our strategy, planning and review work looks at governance structures, workforce, performance measures, policy/strategic alignment and various data sources to identify recommendations for what can be improved, how this should occur, and what the priorities should be.

Strategy development
We help government departments, agencies and service providers set directions for what they should focus on to meet community needs, now and in the future.
Planning
We provide guidance on how to achieve policy and strategic directions by identifying issues, gaps and opportunities to do things better. We forecast service demand and workforce supply, identify priorities for action and develop implementation plans to provide clarity on who is responsible for taking action, when and how.
Review
We examine systems, processes, policies, models of care and organisations when they aren't working as well as they could be. We gather and analyse objective data on trends and potential causes of issues, speak with people to understand what's happening and explore how to improve things. Often, our ability to analyse, interrogate and triangulate data and information has uncovered issues our clients weren't aware of.
