Throughout the implementation of our review and evaluation methodologies, we constantly monitor and engage with our client and key stakeholders, and remain flexible to allow for changes that will address any issues or challenges that arise. This means the data and information we collect is current, consistent and reliable.
We create bespoke systems and databases to efficiently collect, manage and securely store program data, and do not need to rely on third party, off the shelf products if they aren't the best solution. We have previously designed (and are currently implementing) systems to process data in real-time to produce timely, interactive monitoring outputs that allow our clients to explore data and identify improvements as programs are rolled out. This means you don't need to wait for periodic reports to be completed before knowing where you need to focus your effort to improve policies or programs.
