Many of our projects rely on data that sits outside the electronic world.
We have extensive experience in primary data collection and design, including surveys, face-to-face consultation, workshop and Delphi facilitation, case studies and data specification development. To manipulate that data, we work with Microsoft Excel, SQL, SPSS, SAS, R, Tableau, Qlik, VBA and many SaaS providers for specific online functionality such as surveys and study-specific websites.
We choose software tools that our clients know well, especially where working models are deliverables. We are accomplished at integrating secondary data and regularly use national datasets from the ABS and AIHW.
We have integrated MBS, PBS, prostheses lists, remoteness classifications, PHDB, HCP, CHSP, and NHCDC into our modelling. Regardless of the source, we understand data integrity assurance, anonymisation algorithms and data linkage (including statistical linkage keys) to provide rich analysis dimensions (e.g. demographic, geographic, and statistical classifications).
